Daventry is the leading full-service construction firm, landlord, and general contractor serving Wainwright, Alberta and surrounding areas. Our mission is to provide safe, beautiful, and sustainable spaces for homeowners, business owners, and residents. Over the years, organizations, municipalities, the provincial government, and homeowners around Wainwright and area have trusted Daventry to bring their projects and spaces to life. These have ranged from small renovations to complex design-build commercial projects.

Our Daventry staff are a team of Red Seal trades, experienced crew leaders, apprentices, and business management executives. Combined with our network of skilled trades, we are proud of our firm talent and culture that emphasizes client-focused work, integrity, and professionalism. 

​Daventry is led by partners Aaron Whitten and Nathan Charlton. With extensive experience in new dwelling construction, general contracting, architecture, environmental planning, mechanical contracting, and design, developing properties was a natural extension of their professional careers in the construction industry. Together they bring combined experience rarely found in the industry.
