Case Study:

Auto Repair Business Expansion

In 2018, Vic's Service Ltd, a busy auto repair business based in Wainwright, Alberta, wanted to expand their operation. After working for years in a small 2 bay shop with very little space, their dream was to have storage, office, and multiple bays all in one building.

But, like all businesses, the most important factor was staying operational during construction.

Through our collaboration process, we designed the building to maximize the land. Not only to create a larger, more usable space with storage and offices and provide more parking, but to allow us to establish a safety zone and build the new shop around the existing one.

During a short 6 month project schedule, Vic's Service remained opened and gained a brand new building with optimal use of land and space — all with zero time lost.
